The time has come yet again to start preparations for the 2015 RAF PTI Association Reunion
We are looking forward to even more members attending the event next April. The cut off date for booking is 31st January 2015, however in order to avoid disappointment, I would advise you to respond at your earliest convenience.
If you are unable to attend, please would you complete the response form as this helps us save on the time and cost of sending out reminders.

Golf is booked Fri 10th April 2015 at the Shropshire Golf Centre. Tea/coffee + bacon butties will be available on arrival and first tee off times will be approximately 11.00 with subsequent times and partners announced on the day. There will be two competitions:-
- Max handicap for the Association trophy – 18. NB anyone can play for the Ass Bowl even with a higher handicap, but can only claim 18 shots and must declare this prior to the comp
- “Diggers and Hackers” sponsored by Chris Beadel for all higher handicaps

The cost of the golf will be £25 with a non refundable deposit of £10 to book your place. Please complete the booking form and return with a cheque made out to Service Funds RAF Cosford.
TOUR OF THE SCHOOL OF PE
It is planned to visit the School of PE Fri 10th April 14.30 and meet with the current UT PTI’s. Specific arrangements will be confirmed nearer the date. If you want to “take the tour” please complete the appropriate section on the reply form.
We have booked The Ramada/Telford Ironbridge (formerly known as Grays Hotel), again. The cost of the accommodation is £65 per night for a double /twin room and £55 for a single (including full English breakfast).
“In 5 acres of landscaped grounds, the Hotel features a stylish brasserie, and free parking. The hotel is in Telford centre, just 15 minutes’ walk from Telford Station. The Hotel has a fitness centre with an indoor swimming pool and outdoor sports courts. There is also a games room with pool tables and darts”.
To avoid any disappointment please book your accommodation/dinner at your earliest convenience. Hotel accommodation will be allocated on a first come first served basis. Members are requested to settle their bill before leaving the hotel on Sunday 12th April.
